Wait. Are they paper?

  • Nope - they are entirely made from porcelain.

Are they functional? 

  • Yes! Microwave, dishwasher and food safe.
  • However - they are paper thin, so be careful with hot liquids. They will be hot to touch.

Where do you get the text?

  • They are all genuine journals and notes from days in my life. They are things I have thought, heard, or been told.
  • I don’t repeat often - for the most part, each is one of a kind. I have only duplicate a few.

Who makes this artwork? 

  • Me, Betsy Morningstar :) I hand make everything personally myself, no help, no assistance, just me. Check out my About Me page for more.

Where do you ship to?

  • Everywhere :) 

How much is shipping?

  • The shipping company automatically calculates shipping cost.

Do you take custom requests?

  • Yes! I take a limited number of custom orders with each shop update. 
  • There is a text box for you to copy and paste your desired custom text into, and full information about the custom work in the listing :) Check it out!
  • I currently only do custom requests written in my handwriting.
  • I will do custom requests in any language, not just english.

How long does custom work take?

  • I make each piece by hand from start to finish for each custom, so it takes approximately 6-8 weeks from order to shipping.

When will there be more for sale?

  • Check the yellow bar at the top of my website - I put the date for the next shop restock in that bar, and in my bio on instagram :) 

Why does it all say sold out?

  • If it is before a sale, I put my work up for a preview for a limited time. It just says sold out until the date and time of the restock. Once the restock time hits, all the work goes live for sale and purchase! Once it is purchased for real, it gets a big magenta SOLD icon on top. 
  • Check the yellow bar at the top of my website - it will tell you if everything is a preview for an upcoming sale.

If I put something in my cart, will I automatically get it? 

  • Unfortunately no, shopify software isn't set up like that. The orders are first come first serve. Just because it is in your cart, doesn't mean it saves it for you. Someone else could still check out before you and get it. My suggestion - do separate orders. If I see multiple pieces under the same customer name with the same billing name and same billing address, I will put them In the same box, if i can, and refund the extra shipping :) Thanks for understanding :)
